Individual Therapy Sessions

Available therapies

I work collaboratively with clients to assess and treat a wide range of issues.

Evidence-based therapies offered include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapies

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Parts-work therapies (e.g. Internal Family Systems)

What to expect

In the initial sessions we will complete an assessment, and collaboratively decide on your therapy goals.

Sessions are offered for 50 or 90 minutes.


As sessions progress, you will start working towards your goals during and in-between  appointments. The number of sessions required can vary, depending on the complexity of the issues being addressed.


Appointments are currently held online via secure video-conferencing and are available for those living both within the UK and internationally including Australia. If you live in Bristol or the surrounding areas please contact me to discuss the possibility of in-person sessions.


Appointments are available during business and after hours. Please contact me for current availability.
